We started baking as a creative outlet in college — something to do between cramming and deadlines. What surprised us was how much we cared about getting it right: the texture, the ratio, the moment it comes out of the oven.
Each of us brings something different to the table, but we share the same obsession with pastry done properly. Not just pretty — actually good.
